We take you to places other travel agencies don’t. We offer you the chance to explore and experience the American Midwest while immersing yourself in its culture.
Your two-week American study adventure begins in the heart of the United States, in Chicago, Illinois. From there, you’ll travel to Evansville, Indiana, to gain deeper insights into the daily lives of American high school and college students.
The first part of our journey:
4 days in Chicago
Why Chicago?
There’s no city in the world quite like Chicago. Known as the "Windy City," this metropolis is home to architectural marvels, world-renowned museums, award-winning theaters, beautiful gardens, parks, and landmarks. It’s no coincidence that Conde Nast Traveler named Chicago the best large city in the United States for six consecutive years. With its vibrant nightlife, welcoming community, and unmistakable spirit, the city is a year-round favorite destination for travelers from all over the world.
The second part of our journey:
10 days Evansville
Why Evansville?
Evansville is a thriving Midwestern community located in the southwestern part of Indiana, serving as the commercial, healthcare, educational, and cultural hub of Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois. The city was founded in 1812 along the picturesque bend of the Ohio River. With a population of 300,000, Evansville is the third-largest city in Indiana. Known for its small-town charm, excellent university institutions, and friendly, renowned hospitality, the city makes visitors feel safe and welcome, offering a true, authentic taste of Midwestern hospitality.

About the study trip
An educational trip refers to travel undertaken for the purpose of learning and gaining educational experiences.
Unlike traditional trips, which primarily focus on relaxation and enjoyment, a study trip emphasizes the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and cultural insights.

Experiential learning
Benefits
• School educational trips provide practical learning experiences that go beyond the classroom.
• They allow students to engage directly with the topics they have studied, promoting a deeper understanding.
Cultural immersion
Benefits
By visiting historical sites, museums, and cultural landmarks, participants can explore different cultures, traditions, and perspectives, which:
• fosters global awareness and appreciation
• broadens their perspectives
• encourages them to respect and appreciate diversity
Social development
Benefits
• School trips encourage teamwork, collaboration, and social interaction among students.
• They provide students with the opportunity to bond with peers, form friendships, and strengthen interpersonal skills.
Personal development
Benefits
• During the trips, stepping out of their comfort zones encourages students to become more independent, adaptable, and flexible.
• They learn to navigate unfamiliar environments, solve problems, and overcome challenges, which promotes personal development,
encourages self-discovery, boosts confidence, and enhances adaptability to new environments.
Practical (hands-on) experiences
Benefits
• Educational trips include practical activities, workshops, and interactions with local experts, allowing participants to actively engage in the learning process.
Memorable experiences
Benefits
• During educational trips, participants create lasting memories, make new friends, and form strong bonds with their classmates and teachers through shared experiences.
The expected outcomes of the study trip
Better academic results, success
Those who participated in study trips during their youth claim that:
• the experiences shaped their studies or career
• they influenced their career choice
• they were more successful in their university admissions
Increased intellectual curiosity
• The trip brings learning to life, sparking an interest that wasn't there before.
• Youth travel not only makes students more intellectually curious in school but also outside the classroom.
Inspired learning
It has been proven that as a result of the trips students take during their school years:
• they become more interested and receptive to what they learn in school
• they remember new information more easily
• supplementary readings and lectures become more interesting
Cultural development
While teachers and textbooks expose students to other communities and cultures, travel experiences open their eyes to a much more diverse world than they had previously imagined. Class trips make them more tolerant, more accepting of other people's points of view.
More effective communication
When you are in another country, you will undoubtedly meet a wide variety of people, some of whom may speak your language and most of whom may not. In such cases, it is polite to communicate with people in their mother tongue, so that you not only learn about another culture, but also acquire new vocabulary and deepen your knowledge of a foreign language.
Awareness development
Today, of course, the existence of smartphones and GPS has made it much easier to navigate in foreign countries, but as they are unlikely to use 3G roaming, they will have to rely on 'old-fashioned' tools such as maps, memory and intuition.
Asking for directions may seem like an age-old method, but it can often be the most effective way to find your way around. In this way, students can rediscover the traditional map and improve their practical navigation skills.
Flexibility
When you travel, you (probably) won't do exactly what you want, how you want and when you want. Visiting a foreign country can also be a great opportunity to increase acceptance and flexibility.
The difference between desire and necessity
When travelling, there are many things you have to learn to live without. This can mostly be because you simply can't pack everything you have when you go on a week-long overseas trip. You have to pick and choose the important things you take with you. Likewise, buying items in a foreign country can be difficult for a number of reasons - high costs, not enough room in your suitcase to take them home, etc. In this way, you learn to travel with only the clothes and packed items you need and experience the adventure, learning the difference between desire and necessity
Appreciating the little things in life
Exploring a new, foreign landscape or country can be exciting and can make you curious and focused. When you walk the busy streets of a new city, you have a natural tendency to look at everything around you, from the architecture to the people. This often leads you to notice the value in the "little things" in life.
Patience
Although the journey can seem very glamorous, it takes time to get to your destination. Travel involves a lot of waiting in airport terminals, riding buses, sitting on planes, etc. Once you accept that these are part of the travel experience, you can figure out how to entertain yourself during this (forced) downtime... For example, you can read more.
